Division 10 welcomes the participation of any member of the Auxiliary in our member training programs. These events are regularly provided to Auxiliary members free of charge.

In the near future we will list division wide training events.  For security reasons, contact information and some location details will not be not available here;  Refer specific questions to the SO-MT (Division Staff Officer for Member Training), your FSO-MT (Flotilla Staff Officer for Member Training) or the event facilitator. (E-mail links provided)

To the left you will find important links to various forms and testing sites.  You can check on the National On-Line Testing page to get test results for all on line tests taken since March 1, 2005.  You may check on the Information Services  page within this site to determine if your ICS passing grades have been entered into AuxData.

To list courses or training events open to the Auxiliary Membership e-mail the SO-CS with details and contact information.

NEWS

ICS 210 Course, Initial Incident Commander, is a requirement for Auxiliary coxswains, pilots, team/task force leaders and members in the Trident program. ICS 210 is a 5 hour, in the classroom, course for single unit resource leaders, focused on initial incident assessment and initial incident management. Course completion of ICS 210 (or the full 300 course) is required as of 31 March 2010. The course includes an open-book exam and those successfully completing the course will receive a certificate that day. Briefly reviewing ICS-100 and ICS-200 prior to taking the 210 class is highly recommended. Several locations and dates have been set for 210 classes in September, October and November. Attendance is limited by both by space of the facilities and by the availability of instructors. POC to schedule a class or to request to take an existing class is Donna Cole donnacole@optonline.net Leaders desiring to schedule a class should contact Donna. Many thanks to Donna Cole and Bill Delgado who became certified 210 instructors this year and have been teaching CG and Auxiliary classes, and thanks as well to several break-in instructors.  [Posted: 10 Sept 2008; Source: ALAUXDIST1SR, Miscellaneous Topics - 008/08, CRD E.D.
